In 2019, the situation of hammer technology has not improved. Following a recent ruling by the People’s Court of Hexi District of Tianjin to
freeze the property of Beijing Hammer Digital 15778654.99 yuan, Hammer Science and Technology received a civil ruling issued by the Daxing District People’s Court.
According to the information of China Judicial Documents Network, Lixun Precision Industry Co.,
Ltd. applied to the court for property preservation because of disputes over sales contracts with Beijing Hammer Digital Technology Co.,
Ltd. and the deposit of Hammer Technology Co., Ltd. was frozen at 2.65 million yuan. It is
reported that this is the third property freeze preservation case recently encountered by Hammer Technology.
Not long ago, Aoyin Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. applied for freezing the property of Beijing
Hammer Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and frozen 4.5 million yuan of Hammer Technologies.
On March 3, Tianjin Hexi District People’s Court ruled that Beijing Hammer Digital 15778654.99 yuan was taken to protect its
property due to a dispute between Tianjin Dongshengtai Electronics Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hammer
Digital Co., Ltd. in terms of sales contract. Ping An Property Insurance Company provided guarantee.
Meanwhile, according to Sina Technologies, Luo Yonghao, CEO of Hammer Technologies,
has frozen his shares in Chengdu Hammer Technologies Group, involving 100 million yuan.
According to Tian Eye Check, Chengdu Hammer Technology Group Co., Ltd. added a new information on judicial assistance. The People’s
Court of Liuyang City, Hunan Province, recently frozen Luo Yonghao’s shares in Chengdu Hammer
Science and Technology Group, involving a total of 100 million yuan. The freezing date is from 3 January 2019 to 2 January 2021.
In fact, in December 2018, Luo Yonghao’s shares in Hammer Science and Technology were
frozen by the People’s Court of Liuyang City, Hunan Province, from December 17, 2018 to December 16, 2020.
On-line explosion, Lu Jingwei “has been squeezed by his mentor all the year round, 365 days without rest”, and finally, because
he can not bear the burden of body and mind, chose to end his life in this extreme way.
When we are sad, we not only sigh, but also mostly students from 985 and 211 colleges and universities.
On March 26 this year, Tao Mou, a male graduate student of Wuhan University of Technology, jumped from a building and died. He said he could not
stand the pressure of his tutor. The last thing he said to his mother was, “Mom, I can’t stand it. I really
don’t know how to get rid of Mr. Wang Pan.” In this extreme event, Wang Pan, a teacher of Tao Mou, forced him to call himself “Daddy”.
At present, China’s graduate education adopts the “tutor responsibility system”, so the relationship between tutors and students is equal civil
subject, or the relationship between management and being managed, there are still some ambiguities.
It is difficult to prevent the abuse of supervisor’s power when the definition is not clear.
The “tutorial system” has also been criticized by more and more people. Looking at the extreme cases happened in recent years among
college students, especially among graduate students, we find that many of them are caused by the
relationship with their tutors. This is also the reason for a large part of the *** which has been banned repeatedly in Colleges and universities.
No wonder many people call directly “in front of the tutor, the domestic graduate students are too weak!” In our country, the graduate tutor also
has another name called “boss”. This title gives a vivid summary of the current situation. Current graduate tutors have the right of life and death
to some extent. Whether students can graduate smoothly or not is largely in the hands of tutors. The scientific research work is relatively narrow,
and the change of tutors means that the previous accumulation has no use, and may not necessarily be replaced, so new tutors need to bear the
corresponding risks. Therefore, even if there are unsatisfactory tutors, most graduate students
choose to be tolerant. It’s unbearable that we can only take extreme measures to break out, and the tragedy is thus bred.
At present, graduate students are generally required to participate in the projects applied for by tutors. Some tutors will give students
a small amount of labor costs, and some tutors “exploit in the name of teachers and apprentices”, the
cost is obviously disproportionate to the cost of students, or even no money, students as free labor force to use.
The protagonist Lu Jingwei’s family said: Lu Jingwei’s life and living were restrained by Lu Yanjun, Lu Jingwei had no time to eat and could
only be ordered to take out to the laboratory, almost all holidays Lu Jingwei had to work.
There have been two shocks caused by brain hypoxia due to hard work. Although what the family members say remains to be verified,
So what is the situation abroad? Some netizens compare their own personal experience: “This year is my third year of PhD in the United
States. In the past five semesters, I have worked as research assistant for three different professors. At the beginning of each academic year, the College
will sign a corresponding contract with us for the workload of 20 hours a week. One of the greatest feelings of graduate students abroad is that the rights and obligations of tutors
and students are clear, and the boundaries are clear. Of the three professors I served, none of them asked me to do extra academic work.
In order to avoid such tragedies happening again, it is time for China’s graduate training model to be reformed urgently.
On January 5, a video of a baby being slapped by a woman, or even covering her mouth and nose, aroused concern, and netizens condemned and alarmed one after another.

On January 5, news of a circle of friends in Hengyang, Hunan, attracted attention, including the reference to “whelp! All you can say is that you have
the wrong birth!” “Die early.” In related videos, a baby is covered in his mouth and nose or slapped in

The police of the Qingshan Police Station of Shigu Branch and the comrades of the Security Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of
Nanhua University conducted a survey of 43 departments and 58 wards in the whole hospital one by one. They took pictures of their
children and identified almost all the doctors, nurses and department directors on duty and asked them one by one.
Everyone has no impression of such mother and son. After checking the birth system, no qualified
ones were found. The doctor on duty in the outpatient system was not impressed with the child. After
contacting the mother via Wechat, she said that the video of beating a child was released in order to make the father of the child come back earlier.
